Inconsistent.
I first tried this soda at a brewery in Kelowna and it was amazing. When I got back to my home in Calgary, I managed to find some at a Safeway and bought it again. This time it tasted more like an apple/peach blend, but was still delicious . Since it’s not easy to find here, I decided to order directly from the source, but what I received is completely different than my expectations. The cans are 50% peach pulp/nectar. If I pour the clear yellowish soda off the top, it’s delicious but kind of flat and then I’m left with half a can of sludge.
I thought maybe it was just a bad batch but I’ve been through 12 of the 24 cans I ordered and they’re all the same.
Is this a seasonal thing because it’s hard to get peaches year round? Were the ones I had previously the exception and this is how it’s supposed to be? I’m not really sure what to expect if I buy the soda again.
