Farming Karma stands behind the quality of every beverage we make and aims to handle any issues with simple, friendly resolutions rather than traditional returns.


Quality issue / damaged order

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (cans, packaging, and shipping label if possible). You can reach us at info@farmingkarma.ca

In most cases, instead of asking you to ship products back, we will arrange a replacement shipment of the affected items to the original delivery address. In certain situations, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion (for example, a partial replacement or store credit).


Returns and refunds

Because our products are perishable beverages, we generally do not accept physical returns or provide refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases, taste preferences, or orders that have been opened or consumed.

If you believe there is a serious issue with your order beyond normal wear from shipping, please email info@farmingkarma.ca and our team will review your situation individually. We reserve the right to decide whether a replacement, credit, or no action is appropriate.
