Farming Karma is a family-run beverage brand rooted in generations of Okanagan farming and more than thirty years of growing, packing, and sharing fruit in Kelowna, British Columbia.
Founded by Karma and Kuku Gill, the name Farming Karma comes from farmer Karma Gill himself. For over three decades, Karma and Kuku have grown apples and cherries on their orchard in the heart of the Okanagan, building their family's legacy through farming and fruit packing while helping bring local fruit to communities across the region.
After years of growing exceptional fruit, they wanted to do more. They wanted to create something that gave back to their community, supported the future of agriculture, and inspired the next generation to see the possibilities of farming beyond the orchard. That's when the next generation asked a simple question: What if we put the orchard in a can?
Together with their children, Avi, Binny, and Sumeet, the family launched Farming Karma and transformed their orchard into more than just a farm. Today, it's home to our production facility, where our beverages are crafted, as well as a tasting room, cherry orchard, RV park, media building, and a place where visitors can experience the story behind every can.
Everything we make is inspired by the fruit we grew up with and the values we learned on the farm. Every can reflects where we come from: real fruit, honest ingredients, and a story rooted in the Okanagan, from tree to can.
As we've grown, one thing has never changed: our commitment to doing good. Through our Do Good initiative, we continue to support our community, celebrate local agriculture, and invest in a stronger future for the next generation.
